Here at Hannigan Hill Farm, we aim to find horses that we would own for our own personal use and offer them at reasonable prices. We offer horses in a wide age range and wide level of training and abilities. From the green project horse to bring along to nice quiet trail or show horses to just get on and enjoy.

Honesty is our policy and we are up front about anything we know about the horses we sell or anything we find about them once we have them here.

If you come and find a horse you would like to purchase, in order to hold that horse, we do require a non refundable 10% deposit for horse price over $2000.00 and a $20% deposit for any horses price under $2000.00. The deposit will hold the horse for 7 days for you to make arrangements for hauling or to arrange vetting. Pre Purchase exams are always welcome! We just ask that they are scheduled in a timely manner and they MUST take place on our farm. Your deposit is only refundable in the event that the horse fails the pre-purchase exam. We do charge board at the rate of $12.00 per day for horses after two days from the date of the deposit. This is of course in only in the event that the horse is purchased. If for by chance a horse didn’t pass the vet, your deposit would be refunded and board would not be charged. If the horse passes the vet or isn’t vetted and you change your mind about the purchase, your deposit if forfeited, but board would not be charged.

We do not allow off farm trials, however, you are welcome to come and work with a horse as many times as you would like. A deposit once again will hold the horse for 7 days while you decide. A deposit is not required to come back and try a horse multiple times; however, we will continue to show any horse without a deposit to prospective buyers.

We can usually offer trailing if needed for a reasonable fee and we also have another hauler that we work with that can also deliver horses at reasonable rates.
